All locations of State Bank & Trust Company are accepting donations for the newly established Waverly-Shell Rock Flood Relief Fund through the local chapter of the United Way.   The funds will be used for unmet needs of local area flood victims.  Applications to receive funding will be available soon, and 100% of the funds will remain in the Waverly-Shell Rock communities.  A committee has been selected to review applications and distribute the funds.  Checks can be made payable to Waverly-Shell Rock Area United Way  with a memo line entitled Flood Relief Fund, or to Waverly-Shell Rock Flood Relief.  For more information, contact the Waverly-Shell Rock United Way chapter at 319.352.2582.
